The most "Resident Evil type" moment in a non RE game.

What is a moment(s) in a non-RE games(s) that strongly reminds you of the RE series?

I'll start off by specifying this scene from Parasite Eve 1:

Onimusha reminded me of playing RE2 for some reason. It was survival horror-esque, but more action packed. I can't say anyone moment as I got that vibe from the whole game.

Parasite eve 2 reminds me most of three games of capcom (Resident evil 3 , Resident evil 1.5 is Dino crisis), and the resemblance to some characters from resident evil 1.5.

-Primal (Not really a horror game, but there are some similarities)

Doesn't Onimusha use a modified version of the 1.5 engine? Or was that just for the canceled PS1 version?

I think it was used on the PS1 prototype. Hard to say thought. If the PS2 version does use a highly modified 1.5 engine, then that would explain it.

Well The Dino Crisis soundtrack has a very 1.5esque sound to it, and Dino Crisis as whole reminds me of resident evil.
