  • Any way we could get a copy of 1.5's script?

I know the actual 80% build might be way beyond our reach. But what about the script? We were able to get George A. Romero's RE 1 script. I think Capcom, or someone at Capcom would be less hesitant and more open to perhaps giving us the script versus the actual game. IDK what the logistics of accomplishing such a feat would be..if someone here could chime in on that. Knowing the whole story and not just doing guesswork on team IGAS' part would be no doubt a huge benefit as well.

News Bot has hinted at many times that he has a draft of the 1.5 scenario. What exactly that details only he knows but given current events you can imagine what such information might be used for. I'm sure he will give more details on that when the time is right for him to do so.

This thread gave me a vision of a giant "NB" spotlight being projected onto the night sky.

If 1.5's development was anything like RE1's, I bet the script/dialog was the absolute final thing to actually be done. But, yeah, would be neat to see things if a dump of the dialog/scenario script (at its current state) from the design phase change.

I do have a scenario draft, but don't get too excited, it's not a full script. As you can imagine, the script was simply never finalized, so there's not much use fretting about it (and 1.5 wasn't heavy on plot to begin with). The draft does give a decent "overall" picture of the plot and you could pretty much fill in the gaps yourselves.

Most BIO games went through some pretty dramatic scenario changes during development. Even if a script/text dump were to surface... it still wouldn't be "final" and could even flat-out contradict other material in some way. The 60-80% build would probably contain more event scenes and the like... but you could expect changes in comparison to the 40% build while still being incomplete (and probably right at the point where they thought "screw it").

                  Hmm, interesting.

Assuming that what you're saying is true, how did you acquire it? And what is your reason for not releasing it?

I don't think I'm allowed to say how I acquired it. There are a few reasons I'm not releasing it right now. Quite frankly I want to wait until the 1.5 fascination in the community calms down a bit. There's also no sense in me releasing it to ungrateful teet sucklers that'll accuse it of being fake anyway, and those types are quite prominent lately.

a copy deserves to land in IGAS' inbox, it doesn't need to go anywhere else NB.

I'm sure they've gotten something from Mr.Bot. Unless they have another source for this.

BH1.5 is like a postgraduate thesis; you can never have too many sources but they'd better be trusted.
