New Type of Virus's In The Series

Virus's, parasites, diseases, I made the thread asking if you guys might think another type of illness could be used in creative ways in the series, not one created by a company such as Umbrella. I don't know much about the subject of virus's but I thought maybe some might think using this or that could provide some interesting concepts for the series.

A mutagenic virus and parasite are enough for the series. Adding some superpowered fungus (ala The Last of Us) would just be trite. The creatures are the main attraction of the series. It's pointless without them, and might as well become Call of Duty: Ebola Edition with some trite Tom Clancy plot about stolen e. coli or some shit.

So it's not a well thought out idea because people aren't willing to open their minds to new concepts? taking characteristics from different virus's in the real world and applying them to a over the top infection that could happen in the series?

Open their minds to what concepts? Give an example if your idea is so revolutionary. Most real-life viruses are completely out of place in the BIO universe. That is the reason they resorted to making viruses up. None of their characteristics would benefit the series. Most viruses just stone cold kill a motherfucker.

Thanks Wrath, I have been around a long time and have witnessed News Bots messages. He is smart and good at what he does but why he labels himself as a "cunt" I have no idea.

Anyway I think it's clear the chance for the discussion never really lifted off. More of a thread for a concept artist I suppose then the general fanbase!
