Anyone have this DVD and willing to rip it to ISO? There are no decent rips of it available online and I can provide space on an FTP to upload it to rather than relying on file-sharing sites. Will be uploaded to PUTV with English subs (Creator's Interview included), and I'll also be putting up a high-quality MKV subbed rips.

Request they mark the customs form as "Gift" and/or a low value and you'll avoid the VAT (as long as the price is under £36, without being marked as "Gift" it's under £15). Using SAL/Airmail instead of EMS if the option is given will also help skip over customs checks.

Depends on what you want to do. The top 3 are companies that can offer stuff like snipe bidding for auctions but their fees are a little higher, the bottom 2 are one person running a business themselves, they can't offer snipe bidding but their fees are a little cheaper so if you're getting stuff from a store or Buy It Now auction they're better.
