Was there ever any concept art of the other STARS members for RE0? I know there is one for Edward but was there any for Kevin Dooley?

None for Kevin as he didn't have any actual screentime and particularly less (if at all) in the N64 version. There is early concept art for Enrico and Edward since they were due to appear in the game. The other Bravo Team members have art done only for the GameCube version.
