For me, 2 and 0 have always been in the Top Spots. I used to consider Code Veronica Third Place but then I remembered Outbreak's godly OST.

And special mention to RE6. It has to be the most underrated soundtrack ever. Tracks for Chris' and Ada's campaigns were totally awesome.

RE Director's Cut Dual Shock

RE (original + two or three good tracks from dual shock)
RE2 (plus some of the cool 1.5/demo/beta tracks)
RECV / Outbreak (tie - outbreak has some crazy good tunes as does CV)
RE4 (Serenity, Save theme and Sorrow (credits) are great)
REmake (quite disappointing to listen to outside the game but it works well when your playing - would like to see a remix that focuses more on original style for HD release)
RE3 (feels kind of like RE2 but with zero stand out tracks - unlike RE2's Marshalling Yard, Lab, final boss/credits, heck even the Library - maybe too much ambience or something?)
Gaiden (some catchy little tunes in there)
RE0 (never played so can't really enjoy it)
RE5 (its RE5)
Dual Shock (the shitty tracks)

For me it's Outbreak being the best by a long long way. Not that the others are bad, it's that the OB OST is sooo good.
Then CV/X, and third place to RE2.

To me the others have one or two good tracks, but are mostly forgettable.
