Sally was in Darkside .. but for some reason, her voice seems to change in her ''death'' scene with Leon - like Capcom weren't happy with Cahill in the end and randomly recast to Courtney at the last second.. LOL
You can hear it isn't Courtney for the majority of DSC though.. defo Sally and very RE2 sounding in her lines in the RPD garage.

The reason Cahill was replaced was because she was losing the "Ada" voice. Which is very obvious in Darkside Chronicles.

Darkside's performance was wonky as fuuuuck. But if you want to watch through the latest Resident Evil live action, I think she still sounds great. I think it might have been direction issues, her death scene was poor executed in general (the pov kiss??).

Either way, I still think Ada's voice is much easier to replicate and she hasn't been in it as long as Court has...isn't that funny, Remember when Ada used to be KNOWN for having Cahill as her actor in every game? Now it's more common for her to have a replacement. I can't feel too bad, the live action movies is a pretty decent trade.

i was seeing the trailer once more and i noticed a voice of a female character its sounded like Alyson, maybe im going insane hahahaha i really want her on the game, i have been wondering how much the VA actors get paid? i ask this cuz im a Backer of Mighty number 9 and 200000 for voice acting it sound too much for me, to be honest that game will have not much voice to use. so im guesing capcom dont have enough money to get Alyson.

Its not always about money, there are so many other factors that kick in in any production.
Who knows? maybe Alyson herself is done voicing the character :/
