    Interesting. But still, game will be shown at TGS. VA must be at least partly done. Of course TGS demo can be completelly in Japanese.

        It's obvious Alyson will be back to play Claire, doesn't she still work at Capcom as a writer or w/e...I know she worked on Outbreak.

          That was years ago, torontos voice over scene mostly cleared in 2011 and Alyson was involved through her ex husband I believe.

                It's pretty common to have dialogue recording sessions just for demos & trade shows too, even if the dialogue isn't final and could change before gold.

                    Don't even raise my hopes that we could be seeing Barry.
                    I'm happy they're going back to the mix and match cast they did in code veronica and gaiden- combining the re1 and re2 cast together. I always wanted to see a Leon and Jill or a Rebecca and Ada or a Barry putting Hunk in his place scenario.

                    I know I'm in the minority but I like the idea of a sort of Sonic and Tails, 2 player system-story taking priority over co op. Two player play would only be available when allotted by the story. There would be long segments where the second player will not be able to play due to a split up or one of the players actually dying during the story progression. If playing on online play have the second player be prompted that there will be times where they will be no longer to play. During these instances so player will have the option to spectate the current playing character, rejoining in when another character comes into play or leave the game.

                      I miss the branching paths and optional outcomes of RE1 and the influencing of the other player's path in RE2.

                      If Capcom wanted to increase the difficulty for hardcore players without affecting newcomers then I'd love to see optional NPCs characters who need saving or are desperate for supplies and the player has the option of getting involved or not. I'm thinking of something on par with saving Rebecca from the Hunter in RE1, that encourage you to deviate from the main path in small amounts and require optimal use of ammo & herbs to help, rather than a Dead Rising sprawl of civilians.

                        Hopefully this has local co-op and Revelations didn't get it because was a 3DS port.

                        Also, Mercs hopefully, Raid mode was lame.

                          I'd prefer raid mode. To me mercs just isn't as good, since in raid you can customize and do it at your pace.
                          I'm also hoping for a significant death in this. It's been too long since we've had a major character actually die, so maybe Barry will die saving his daughter. Or maybe Claire dies and that contributes to Chris' mental breakdown.

                            Well ideally they'd stop half assing Mercs and allow full customisation. Mercs 3D partly did it with perks and being able to use other characters weapon sets, and RE6 had its perks, I'd like to see something like CoD Black Ops 2 'pick 10' system where you get 10 points to spend on a loadout and each item/upgrade/perk you use is balanced with its own point cost.

                                Rev 2 will have serial structure like Rev 1. Not sure if I like this.
