I wonder if there are any other special triggering events in the Advanced/Arrange mode. That GameFAQs document only covers the Standard mode. Also, curious about the "Violent Ending" that the FAQ mentions. Supposedly you have to have the Rocket Launcer with Infinite Ammo in your inventory in order to get this ending. Anyone know what that's about?

No announcement yet.
Has anybody actually documented all of the RE1 events?

I've played RE1 tons of times yet I've never remembered how all the events are triggered, which sometimes makes me wary of grabbing the shotgun with Jill I can see why people would be interested in documenting all scenes etc, but for me just playing is enough.

If you read the comments under this video you can see the discussion going on as to which versions of the game this is even in.
Some of the DC arrange mode moments just take place automatically over ones in the original because the puzzle path is different but I'd have to play through both again now to try and remember what those are.Last edited by Rombie; 10-01-2014, 07:48 AM.

Started this thread years ago about the gore credits
Speculation in there is that you have to use the Rocket Launcher, or that you have to save >12 times. Also apparently some ending conditions might trigger it.
EDIT: Massive co-incidence, but that vid Rombie linked above was posted the exact same day in 2008 I made the thread...Last edited by TheSelfishGene; 10-01-2014, 09:24 AM.sigpic

The "Violent Ending" can only be obtained in the JP vers. of PSX RE1. You need to have the inf. Rocket Launcher and get the best ending with either character to trigger it. It's also possible to obtain in the PC vers. All you need is to finish the game in New Game +. Further information regarding it (or any other trigger events) can be found here.
I also noticed that the "Violent Ending" does not seem to have the special death animation for the Black Tiger. Figured I'd might as well share this with you. You can watch it here.Last edited by Kegluneq; 10-01-2014, 08:05 PM.
