I have to say that I was never fully satisfied by any Resident Evil games that came after Code Veronica.

RE0? Didn't like the story and too slow. RE4? great gameplay, great atmosphere but lame story and not really like RE. RE5? Story was okay and tied well with CV, but incredibly dull and not RE like. Revelations ? Not bad, but a side story with awful designs. RE6? no comment.

I'm still waiting for the game that will bring me as much enjoyement as CV.

    For that they need :

-A story related to Umbrella, Wesker, etc...That pays tribute to the RE mythology
-Dramatic cutscenes based on the characters relationships and personnalities
    -Great atmosphere
    -Hard puzzles
-A feeling of hopelessness while playing
-The same guy who composed the soundtrack for CV (he also worked on Revelations 1, I should add)

    And I'll be happy :-)

RECV is an awesome game, it has one of the best stage layout design, great atmosphere, interesting and elaborated plot, one of the best soundtracks, simple and well done gameplay mechanics with all you need and great characters overall.

RECV has only one severe fault: No hard mode. I don' know what the shit the devs had in mind to make a game that easy, you can literally find tons of ammo everywhere and stand like 10-15 zombie grabs without dying, and even the knife deals a lot of damage, I allways wondered why they got so benevolent with the difficulty level in this game.
