Anyone pick up Revelations 2? (*Fawkin' spoilers beware*)
I'm curious, but I'd like to save the stuff for when I buy the retail version. Hopefully Alex doesn't die. She shouldn't considering the immortality virus and all.
btw, to voice actor fans. I contacted Marcella Lentz-Pope and she confirmed to me that she is Marcella Mazde!
We got our Moira
What other work has she done? I couldn't find any info on that name. She's a very good voice actress so I find it hard to believe that she hasn't done other high profile work.

The only sample I found was a character from Avatar the last Airbender. I only figured it out because she seems to be the only Marcella who is a voice actress >D;; I agree though, she's been pretty good.
I always thought Alex Wesker to have been the leading researcher of the Wesker children and NOT one of the Wesker children herself/himself...at the time when I played RE5 & Lost in Nightmares.
I guess going back to researching/re-exploring some of the files...I guess the project was named after the original 'leading researcher' named Mr. Wesker(no confirmation of first name) that we know nothing about or his role in this Project W.
We're not even sure if his dead or alive...would expect him to be pretty old or dead of old age at least at the age +70 or +80, if he started plans on the project in his 20s/30s/40s.
So in the end, I guess where the Wesker legacy ends, if the deformed 'Alex Wesker' happens to be THE Alex Wesker and NOT just some part of a more 'elaborate' plan by including a clone or monster with implanted memories of the real Alex Wesker post-Natalya's experimentation.
Don't really see the current deformed 'Alex Wesker' we saw in chapter 3, surviving past Rev2. I'm slightly disappointed on this Alex Wesker if this what she amounts to in the end...
Well Albert Wesker was always spoken as the one that showed promise, which is why he was led into working for Umbrella in the first place due to his brilliance and had the project at 94% success, when he 'faked' his death the project went down to 18% success...wonder if this was counting Alex Wesker into the equation, otherwise it just seems that Albert Wesker was just more of a crucial & more of a valuable test sample to the project than Alex Wesker, despite all the faith & value Spencer placed on Alex Wesker in the LiN DLC...kinda contradicts her value and worth in this entire project.
I feel like most of these points will never be addressed (maybe through some Wesker Report 3 written by Alex Wesker).
If anything Alex Wesker almost seems shoehorned in & everything we've come to know about the Project W. is just going to end up as a dropped plot point...which in the end was just there to shoehorn in Alex Wesker as an antagonist for Rev2.
Seems like bad/incosistent writing to me...as usual if all of the above ends up being true.

Any thoughts?
Yes the whole program was named after the original researcher who collaborated with Spencer named Wesker. This would have been back in the 1960's. He will be long dead by now. Only Alex and Albert survived the experimental virus stage and at some point, Spencer told Alex of her background and she ended up taking over the Wesker Program and monitoring Albert. His 'death' took the success rate down to 18% so Alex turned back to failed candidates to get the quota backup to 94%. But then the Raccoon City incident occurred and ruined everything for Spencer.
Spencer believed Albert to have the most potential and that was why he was kept close at hand and enrolled at Umbrella's training school. He also rated Alex, hence why she was in Umbrella too but because Spencer had explained her origins, she was using a different surname to hide her true identity.
Once Albert betrayed Spencer he turned back to Alex and saw her as his saviour.
But because Spencer had explained Alex' origins to her about being a Wesker child, it broke the internal conditioning within her to obey him. A fatal flaw of Project Wesker was that all children were designed to seek Spencer out and wonder about his motivations, yet once they found him and knew of his intentions, that hold was broken. Thus Alex started plotting her desception and was looking to leave Spencer as early as 2000 going by the files in Revelations 2.
My god, this series is hopeless. It's so cheesy and predictable. But hey, at least I had a good laugh.
Spoiler:
They should have went only with the bad ending. In any case, Alex managed to transfer her consciousness into Natalia. At least, the bad ending is more dramatic and serious.

I would argue that the good ending is one of the best in the series, the classic games like 1,2 and 3 have extremely lackluster endings compared.
Yea RE games tend you just have short meh ending sequences. Though 3 and Code Veronica imo had phenominal endings. and Chris's final lines in 5 gave me chills.
