Best Resident Evil Ever

I'd probably go with RE2, but it would be very close with RE1 on PSX. Guess that nostalgia factor is still strong, but the zapping system and the relentless enemies in the game (Mr X, Various G monsters, William) really made it feel epic.

my dad said his fav was resident evil 3 , from that the mercenaries game was cool for him since you had to beat the clock and make it to the room and get your reward.

The movement in CV seemed kinda dry...like silent hill...I loved the weapons in CV though, duel guns were awesome, and how the guns could split to diff enemies was cool!

I'll vote for REmake as its probably the RE game I had most fun playing, although as far as originals go, i'd say RE2 as it was my first RE, however for flat out action and an experience which I had to finish in one sitting, i'd say RE4 *But yeah I voted for Remake :p*

RE remake id my fave hands down for all the extras that can be unlocked to increase the challenge, 2 is also a fave actually 2 was the first RE i started on so was confused till i backtracked to the first one ><

the problem with this poll is we all like more than one game...we need multiples or something. because for me, Remake, 2, 3, and 4 are the best games in the series. the best. because they all have infinite replay value (four the most, just because of all the minigames)

so in my opinion, the series is the best, i really don't have one favorite game.
