btw as I said I took Hiro's idea and made my site, but I have alot to work on still and spent an hour uploading pictures, so i'll come back to it another day.

If it's like my old Uni it's because those computers are supposed to be used for studying. I remember once, when it was full, the librarians started moving around and kicking out everyone who was just messing around so the people who needed to do research and write up essays could get on.
