This is the 2 pack you're talking about right?

2 pack? The bundle you could buy from Capcom: RE4 PS2, t-shirt, Soundtrack box, pinball demo - and a Leon figure, limited to 100 sets. Later they made a second set, also 100 copies, with an Ada figure instead.

The Figure is made by NECA, Resident Evil 4 Series 1. On the back the other figures in series one are shown; Leon, chainsaw dude, Verdugo. Which suggests they (Ada and Leon) were also sold individually.

I'm mistaken. I thought it was the 2 pack with the limited pack.
The figures in the limited pack are the standard NECA series 1 figures.
It was just 100 Leon packs assembled and sold. I don't know how rare the T shirt is, but there are more than 100 copies of Sound chronicles and the Leon figure.

Its also worth noting that for the release of Resident Evil 4 on the Playstation 2, Capcom created a special Limited Edition pack which included a Leon S. Kennedy figure from the NECA line. Limited to only 100 made, it was quickly sold out and a Second Pack was issued which had no limit apparently. This time Ada Wong was included in place of Leon S. Kennedy. Upon receiving my orders for the Limited Pack's I noticed that one of my Ada Wong figures had the paper still attached on the insert where it was supposed to be cut. Most likely this was an oversight by NECA's production line.

It was only 100 packs assembled. The figure is a stanard Leon / Ada, except some Ada's had that error. (taken from http://www.the-horror.com/index.php?id=features&s=neca).

I got the Capcom Direct bundle on eBay! Though usually Yahoo Japan is my best friend.
