I thought the offline mode was good fun, even compared to the online mode it can stand on it's own. I guess I'm just an Outbreak fan. Personally though the most fun I had with Outbreak was the first time I played it, which was on a LAN with my friend and some other guys at a Capcom booth in PlayStation Experience London. It was a lot of fun laughing at some guy's screen as he fell off the ledge on the first scenario because of the crows lol. Wow that guy sucked.

But what you SAID is how people would act. Do you think I'm stupid?
I don't know, first you tell me it's how people would act in real life, which is completely irrelevant because we're talking about a game. Now you said it's not how people would react in real life which is still irrelevant because we're still talking about a game. So I don’t know what kind of point you’re trying to make, but I’m pretty sure the key word here is: irrelevant.
They made a game; games require decisions. The game itself has to be entertaining, whether it’s realistic or not, and the decision they made on how the AI controls, whether or not it parallels real life reactions, resulted in making the game difficult to enjoy, which is MY point.

... Did you read any of the posts? I believe more than half of them talked about the difference between online and offline mode. Logically, one would deduce from the discussions that it is infact an online game with an offline version in case you aren't connected.Last edited by Nikovich; 10-14-2007, 12:33 PM.

i just hope i can play it on my ps3 because i couldn't download camo on mgs 3, so im worried if i buy file 2 it'll won't go online just like my metal gear. btw i don't have any other online games on the ps2, don't ask why but mgs 3 was the only one. so i won't be able to try another game to see if my ps3 plays ps2 online games.

And then there is the saving games problem. I have only played the Outbreaks offline too. It's a real pain in the ass to try and save a game.
There is also the 'trick' of saving unlocked stuff without spending your points. First you earn some points by playing the game and save the game. Then use the 'data transfer' option to move the newly unlocked item(s) to your file1 save on another memory card (but don't save your file2 game). Reboot the file2 game (your points will not be spent) and again use the 'data transfer' to send the file1 save to your file2 save. You then have the unlocked item(s) AND your points so you can do it again... So, you can unlock most of the hidden costumes by repeating this process

Again with the quotes. I am the only John Doe you are the only Skunky. But anyways I see your point about the saving. What I meant was a pain was it wasn't as easy to save as other Resident Evil games. But I will have to try what you said about points and unlocking. I happen to get the OutBreak Files the same time I got Resident Evil 4 and Code Veronica, so hadn't had much time to play that much of them.
