Well, I picked up Nemesis, Underworld, and Code: Veronica (4, 5, and 6) in Adelaide recently, and I enjoyed them just as much as 1, 2 and 3. I haven't played Code: Veronica, but the novel has to be one of my favourites. It's written so emotionally in some parts...

I see these all the time in bookstores in the UK, but never picked them up, I didn't really like how when I used to browse them she really glorified Rebecca, who subsequently went on to a) Single Handedly Save everyone at the mansion
        b) Cure the T-Virus
        c) Cure Cancer
        d) Make the worlds greatest club sandwich.

Might pick them up sometime, saw them a few days ago in a 2nd hand book store.

I thought I was the only to notice the perversness...

Kinda strange, actually - most, if not all of Perry's Bio-novels contain atleast one or two sexual references. Funny how they're only one or two sentences, aswell.

Perry's 'Nemesis' novel has a whole paragraph about how Jill fantasizes about "finding a man in Raccoon City that's well mannered, has white teeth and that is STRAIT". IIRC, it even went as far as to say something of the sort: "Impossible to find in this city". If one didn't know any better, i'd think Perry resides in San Francisco...

Absolutely no book store I have ever been inside contains a single novel from Perry... then again, I live in WV, so it really comes as no surprise.
            I'm a blackstar.

There were a few at the local Angus and Robertson, just the ones I need too. Now they're gone

A bookstore called Borders usually has them here.

I went to a MASSIVE bookstore in my holiday-weekend in Sydney, and they said they had the RE: Apocalypse and Extinction novels in stock. I could only find Extinction however, so I got it. Finished it in two days, and loved it more than the movie. I especially enjoyed the way DeCandido wrote about Jill's adventure for about a third of the book, but was quite confuzzled about why he kept rubbing in the fact that Alice killed Angie, and the way he described it over, and over, and over, and over...

It's an attempt to make Alice seem less perfect, more human. That she could be controlled in such a way makes her seem less the ultimate killing machine. Of course, she then manages to break that programming...

Hmmm... I suppose you're right. But hearing over and over again how a bullet goes through Angie's head, splattering her brains all over the window of the SUV does get a bit tedious after a while...
