I have all the NTSC-J versions of the resident evil games, including the rare Dual Shock Version of Bio2 and the CapKore Bio3. The only ones I'm missing is the Wii Imports.

Nice gear, but it looks like you're also missing Gaiden, Biohazard 4 on PS2 (I think there are 2 versions, one with a soundtrack. CVX was also re-released with a soundtrack, and Biohazard DS collectors pack.

If you're really pedantic you could say you're missing the 5th anniversary editions. The games ahve difference disc art (a 5th anniversary logo otherwise they are the same.)

May I ask what the Capkore games are?

CapKore is like "Capcom's Greatest Hits" addition of a game. There aren't many CapKore games out though, from my understanding that is.

I had Gaiden but sold it to a friend. I never had Bio4 for PS2, but I got both ver. of CVX for PS2.

My BioDS Limited Pack was damaged and I sent it back to the guy I bought it from.

I got the CapKore ver. of REmake coming in the mail soon, all the way from Japan.

Alright, I'm hideously confused. Is Gun Survivor 4 Dead Aim?

Also, bar things like Wesker's Report and the intro to the first game, are there any actual differences between the Japanese and English versions?

Yep, it's the same game. As far as I'm aware there are no differences between Bio & RE games, apart from the obvious like, box art, title screens and in game text. The Bio version of Director's Cut has the uncut intro and also shows Chris smoking at the start and end of the game (Oooo smoking, we better cut that out). And Keneth's severed head is also included at the 1st zombie encounter.
To add to the confusion Gun Survivor3 is 'Dino Crisis: Gun Survivor3' or 'Dino Stalker' in the west.
I've gotten some Biohazard games because I was too impatient to wait till the US & Pal releases (even though I always get those versions aswell).
I remember getting Gun Survivor4 because I couldn't wait. The part where you first fight the Tyrant I figured I didn't have enough heavy weapons to take him out, so I tried to flee. At a metal gate I got a message in Japanese which I couldn't understand. I thought I must need a key or bolt cutters so I went back all over the ship looking but couldn't find anything. I gave up and waited for the english version... When I played it again, at the same point I discovered it said that I had to stay and fight! I did and couldn't believe that I was able to take him down with just the hand gun (it takes a lot of bullets but it's quite easy).
