Who were you talking to when you said " You learned your lesson"? I sad that the one I has was a copy of a copy from an official dev disc. So this should be the most stable out there.

I was talking to the people how tried their luck in finding 1.5 on emule.

PSX games can't crash, can they?

Oh yeah they sure can. Just like any other programm/game. For example, play the beta, use the debug item switch-function and try to use the 1.5 machinegun that is left in the beta. The game will crash. There are many other possibilities to let the beta crash.. And other psx games can crash also ;)

The guy doesn't have the game imho.. He pretends to have it because he wants to rip off some people. The video is not by him, so contacting him with the intention to buy the game or get more information is senseless

But it is nice to se that 1.5 is more spread than we thought.
I want to know how old this video actually is...

Yup.. what about trying to break into the capcom bunker and grab everything you can Or build a time-machine and get it from some psx magazine guys..
They sure had one playable version of 1.5 but they didn't care for it at that time...

Well it's not easy to find but it's out there.. and that is awesome..
There was a long period in which most people thought that there isn't a version of 1.5 outside of crapcom's temple..
The problem is, that the guys who own it are pretty aware of what this game is worth...and most of them are only hoarding it..

They won't leak it... It would be helpful enough to only find guys who have it and who are willing to sell it. I searched for people who claim to have 1.5... but in the end no one really had it...

btw.. i didn't try to be offensive at all.. we're all a bit pissed off about how things develop but we all want the same in the end ;)

Hmm you should have a proof for that.. If you don't than stop spreading this false info.. It doesn't help anyone here. It's not like writing about your opinion or theory..you are trying to spread that as a fact.. We all have our own theories and opinions about that case but no one should write something like that without any evidence...

Wow. This thread is so entertaining that I had to join. I have assisted with people in the know and can unofficially tell everyone here that:

#1) The video is real and originated from Japan.
#2) The video is NOT current but shot a number of years ago. It has only been recently uploaded (obviously).
#3) There is only one known version of this 'copy'.
#4) The copy has not been leaked and has NOT been making it's rounds anywhere, including Zombie X.
#5) Goro Macida is not the name of the person who uploaded the video. Only the person who thoroughly analyzed the actual game would know who/what Goro Macida is.
#6) I have heard rumblings that you might see it for sale sometime, as a one-time sale that anyone can bid on (original version, not copies). Don't try asking me for more information because I cannot get any more and will not burn any bridges trying.
#7) People offering $50 - $250 for a proto need to pool their money. I heard that someone is attempting to sell a PS1 proto (unreleased game) for $2K. The game was unreleased but a magazine rated the game 52% which contributed to the game not being released. Considering RE 1.5 is at least 5 X better than this game, I think your starting offer needs to exceed $2K. That's my opinion at least.

Anyways, please keep up the entertainment. Let's hope more footage is released soon. I'd like to see more of the apes.

That is absolutely awesome. I really hope this will happen and that enough money can be gathered.. It would be a shame if some rich collector would come and buy the game to hoard it..(again...)

yeah that a big problem for nearly all of us.. but maybe its our first and only chance to get 1.5.. so we have to try our best
