To be honest, I wouldn't spend a damned dime on it. It's inevitable knowledge that more than one person has this same build, and anyone that is a member of this forum would be foolish to pay hard cash for it, sorry.

Just simply wait until people stop swapping it around with a price tag, and they get the damn thing released already. There's way too many sources for genuinely new Bio 1.5 footage nowadays, and I definitely wouldn't throw my money away on something that could be a mere few days/weeks/months away from a free release.

I would put 50$ minumum and 200$ the maxuinum because i doubt 1.5 will be free besides getting it as an iso but ill like to own the actual disc as well but I can always setlle for that iso
