I don't think many people know about this at all.
It was a haunted house attraction at some Japanese theme park, called Biohazard Nightmare. According to an old video I found online (from www.biohazardfrance.com), it ran from July 18th 1998 to July 17th 1999.
This scan is from the back of a Chinese comic my brother bought. The dates on the photographs is November 15th, 1998). It was a Street Fighter comic. He was suprised to see it in the back pages. I was too. But it makes for some nice, interesting photos.
A few of the things you can buy in the e-capcom Japan online store have Biohazard Nightmare written on them, old promo gear for this I'm guessing.
There is another biohazard attraction currently running. The web site for that is here.

I'll be visiting on Christmas day. Planning to have pics and impressons of that up soon. Be assured that if there is an attached gift shop, like there seemed to be at Biohazard Nightmare, I'll probably be buying one of everything.
