It was kinda of an accident.

I started deconstructing some codes made for the US version and trying to work out how to provide them for the PAL version (because the US versions always had AWESOME codes compared to the vanilla ones we got from Datel and other companies officially). Part of doing this was getting a PAL version of all the codes provided for the Resident Evil 2 demo that came with REDC (the final set of ones I made are on SurvivHor).

In doing this I made a few contacts including this guy in Asia somewhere through all this, who'd been working on making a super hard version of Nemesis. Basically he ended up finishing the code and asking me if I would like to post it on NB.
