While there are limited version of 1.5, there are many who have it who have no clue about BioFlames and the community.
Those who stumbled upon BioFlames fail to proceed with giving us it. There have been about 3 chances we could have got it if I'm not mistaken, I think Kim had 2 and Dot had 1...
All we can do is wait.

2 - Too blue. However, if you look at the various videos and sources only the final build was that blue. They decided to kill the RPD's power apparently. It would have been realtively simple for them sort that out.

Not really. The misconception that 1.5 was "too blue" was because of the blue hue in Inflames' exclusive 1.5 pics. It looks that way because the pictures were taken with a camera (and not by capture card).

3 - The team was stolen by Square to make Parasite Eve. I have no idea if this is true...but RE2 was made with the same engine, more or less, and the same tools. So changing teams, if they did, wouldn't have effected that.

They weren't really stolen... most of 1.5's development staff just shifted over to Square. They probably got pissed off. I mean, who wouldn't since the game you were working on for over a year got scrapped just like that. :/

5 - If the game had been put out it was so bad the series would have ended at 3. I'm sorry...Gaiden? Survivor? Survivor 2? Capcom has no problem sending out shitty games with the RE logo on them. They're still churning them out. Hell, 3 itself was slapped together because CV was taking too long.

No, actually iirc, it was because 1.5's story was made in such a way that it would end the series by the third game. In other words, it was going to put a closure to the series' story.
