You act like (or it seems like it anyway, sorry if its not) you are asking Dot to dump something he doesnt have and release it.
I think from now on, whenever I release a game, Im going to come over to their house (everyone that downloads it), using their credit cards to get there, since, after all, why not share, and just use their stuff, maybe take some of it home, since sharing is caring.

You are right, and probably curator and the other guys don't release this games for your reasons....
They don't release not because they are stupid or bad people.....
There are some exceptions just like curator, but i stil dont understand why he do all those things,he must have his own reasons but there is no excuse for what he did.

Not one of us knows for sure if he even had/has it. If it were me I would dump the disc, send it to our good friend Dotty here at THIA and let him decide on what to do, I know I don't wanna lose my job in the games industry. But having said that, remember that time Tomb Raider: Anniversary got leaked?
Well, maybe he was scared, but that still indeed, does not allow him to ruin so many dreams/hopes of people, just cruel stuff.
On topic, I've seen some videos of the "Graveyard" build, it looks quite interesting, and the new camera angles...zombies in diner, etc.

You bet it does, but annoyingly I've still not seen the Graveyard. Maybe it had Zombies coming out of the ground like in RE3?
what do you think capcom is going to do if they found out that a unreleased beta got leaked??? do you remember what happen to the guy who released biohazard 2 beta 2??
I think this is the reason because re beta,1.5,3.5 and re0 for n64 stil remain unreleased afte all those years, who is going to put their ass on the line to release any of these games if they own it??
I have biohazard 2 trial edition and beta version!
but I donot know beta 2 or other something!
do you know the different between beta and beta2 ( if have beta3,include!)
and where I can download it???
so sorry when I know that man lost his job because of share games.
but why not he send the iso to his friend(best is the foreign friend!)
and wait for some time, and his friend release, then he will not be catch!

1,he want to sell a high price! so he will get a lot of money!
2,he want everyone to envy him!
There are always gonna be ways of getting games out. There are, of course, some problems with doing it...
1) A lot of Beta builds are tagged in some way, shape or form. The owner simply needs to go through all the people who own it and find out where the missing copies are to get a shortlist of suspects. Since there aren't exactly gonna be thousands to begin with, more like a hundred, they have a pretty good crack of at least finding out who sold the disc.
2) Betas are worth cash. At least...until you can download them free. Then they're worth sod all. I know a lot of folk say, 'I'd share it!' but, honestly, how many people are happy with the idea of not only loosing a big hunking chunk of cash but getting busted for it?
3) Some supposedly released Betas are nothing but clips and images released by the company. Sometimes new shots crop up, not because someone has the beta build, but because someone at a magazine found the disc and let some extra stuff be shown and the like.
I haven't read any posts within this topic, but what? You're doing what now? You do know people have been looking for this build for close to 12 years now, people with a lot of contacts in the industry and a lot of money and come up empty handed. I don't want to shatter your dreams, but you haven't a hope in hell of finding the Graveyard build.
Without any visual evidence, I think it's questionable as to if such a build exists. I mean, it's likely possible and probable that the graveyard, second guardhouse, and third floor of the mansion were never created or never pressed into working code on any beta disk. Granted they could very well exist, but I have a feeling these were areas only planned and never actually made.
