Resident Evil ds opinion question

I have an oppurtinity to buy it now but is the number one problem it does not have the box or booklet and the other problem is mostly no stores have it because i have been searchin for it new for a while so wat do u guys and gals recommend try lookin harder? wait for another one to appear with the booklet and artwork? or buy it rite now as is

depends, if the game is cheap, which should be without the case and booklet, then buy it and get a boxed version later on. But try ebay, i got one from there for about £16 inc shipping.

I bought mine new off the shelf, I love the game, it brings back RE1 in a even cooler way and the classic mode is still on there with a mini game too, wont give to much away, but its worth it, press on the bosoms or bottem lol and you will have to laugh at that!

I played the game on my brother's DS and it seems pretty good. The jap version has the "Cut Intro" like the American ones do.

The new features (quick turn, and the real-time reload and L-knife) are even in the classic mode, so it's not exactly true to the original. I also find the knife much more powerful than in the original, so it's not too diffucult. It also doesn't take an inventory slot, so that makes knife-only runs easier too.

You should find it a bit cheaper than that, esp without a booklet etc.

I'm curious...apart from the knife and quick turn, what differences are there to the origional? I think someone mentioned new puzzles for use with the touch pad. Anything else?

The rest are mostly superficial. The new puzzles are only in the rebirth mode, and not in the classic mode. There are new (but very similar) character models, new (or at leaster cleaner textured) zombie models, and new alternate costumes (actually Jills is very close to the skimpy cop from RE3:Nemesis. It might be identical. Chris is a ninja.)

There is also the multiplayer mode (need a card each, so I haven't played it. But you can play as nearly all the STARS members, after you unlock them in the main game)

lol guys guys guys and gals i didnt actually want your opinion of the game because i love the ds version already im just rebuying because i made the stupid decsion of giving it away but i dont kno if i should buy it used with just the game or new with everything

AHHHHH I BOUGHT IT USED BECAUSE I WENT HUNTING AGAIN AND COULDNT FIND IT NO WHERE I couldnt resist to play it again so i bought it played it and beat it with chris already and ohhh the guy who had this sucked big time he saved it 9 times and still was in the mansion with jill

yea true re fans, usually wont like it because they are so use to games like COD and ect...I love RE, lol knife run w/ Chris! would have been cool if there were crimson heads in the DS mode! now you got me wanting to beat it again, looks like im going to go play it now, thanks a lot
