Well Saturn version did come out later. I found images on "BIO HAZARD Complete Disc" with an alternate title menu saying "Resident Evil Complete Disc" This leads me to believe that this was planned for an American release, but was canceled. I even found English versions of movie descriptions on the disc. I wonder why they canceled it?
