Biohazard 2 Remake help!

i currently downloaded the Biohazard 2 remake for pc, and its the .ISO, do i have to put it on a DVD rom then install it again on my comp, i cant read japanese and so I dont know what to do lol! help would be nice!

Edit, Im currently loading it on a DVD disc...I dont know what will happen but hmm...we will see!

Edit again: it has ?????????DVD, so basically it says its a wrong disc...hmmm

do I need an ISO program or anything to run the game, I looked into the files and i can retain most of the FMV vids and such but Id really love to be able to play the game, I have the CD key with it too so thats not the issue, if I knew what it said Id be able to download it lol.
