The smartest character

Ok theres a thread of the dumbest character, so i thought to start a thread on the smartest character.
Mine would have to be Jill, because she can do a number of things such as

• Dodge zombies or attacks
  Fire anything, unlike ashley
  Not be chatted up by Carlos or Chris
  Kill Tyrants, such as Tyrant r.e 1 and Nemesis
  Can pick locks, alas she is the master of it
  Run around Raccon City with a jumper around her waist (not smart but still cool)
  Survive the T-Virus being in her
  and i shalln't go on, stopping barry from turning her into a sandwich ;)

Wesker:
He's badass, nuff said.
He used the rebirth virus.
He brought S.T.A.R.S. into the Mansion and tricked them.
He owned Chris but then Chris owned him...but he can't die so meh.
Wesker morally only cares for the viruses and his power. >
He's pratically a fighting machine which can kill even tyrants.

Ada is hella badass, but not the smartest, she was almost killed by leon easy, from the parasite in Leon's body. But I believe Wesker is the most clever, with the behind the scene's action and importaint appearences and such. The Red eyes to Cat eyes, how does he do it??? But other wise, I would say William Birkin was the smartest, he developed the G-Virus (help from his wife) hid a sample in Sherry's neckless, injected himself, killed the umbrella soldiers, and managed to give a good mutatated fight untill the end!

I'd say Rebecca is the smartest for somehow graduating post-secondary education at 18 and getting into a special forces team as a medic so easily. =P

Well Alexia's smarter, but I don't think that counts since she's a test-tube kid. >_>

Technicalities aside, Jill's smart. She knows her way around locks, somehow got into delta force, knows chemistry, plays piano, knows how to use several different types of weapons including grenade launchers and rocket launchers, managed to survive a week in a zombie/mutant infested city, and she's not the best fighter but she's a quick thinker; she can quickly assess her surroundings and find ways around a problem (e.g. a lot of RE3 decisions involve her using things from her surroundings)

i'd say the outbreak characters are a lot more smarter then your usual RE hero's since they manage to use their surroundings to fend off zombies more effectively.

Jim I believe was the one who screams like a little girl, he jumps on the floor and his virus gauge goes sky high, not to mention his constant "Oh Shit! Help!", I swear, I wanted to blow him up but friendly fire was off. ;_;

Yeah!! i really hate him!!! he's so stupid!!!!!!

But, back to the smart character, i still think it's Ada!! she deceived her "boyfriend" john at Umbrellas lab, so she can get a sample of the virus, she then manage to arrive racoon city and get into the birkins labs; she then survived Racoon city (twice, when she "died" and when she scaped), in RE4 she was on her own, but still she was helping Leon (admit it!!! if it wasn't for Ada, Leon would be dead!!!! by krauser, by the los illuminados, etc.) and without her help he couldn't kill Sadler!!!! and it was Ada the one who kill krauser no Leon!!!! she scaped, with the sample of las plagas, and fooled Wesker with a fake sample!!! she did all this and still looks fabulous!!!!
