Is there a source (no pun intended) for SourceNext being the developer? I was under the impression it was farmed out to Ubisoft.

Hey Dot, My game is the US version. When I used the no-cd patch, I thought I was getting one for the US version of the game. It was labeled US but in fact was the UK version 1.0 no-cd instead. This caused my game to look like it was not patched.

Albert's 2.0 pack didn't come with an .EXE so I found a no-cd for version 1.1.0 which fixed all of my issues. Sorry for all the confusion. If your still interest or for anyone actually. I got my copy from newegg.com.

The free shipping was the deal breaker for me Plus I needed a switch as well. No more wireless lag while Brawling online.

No.. it was Sourcenext. (although the game doesn't appear on their website)

Ubisoft is the Euro & US publisher just like EA is the publisher of the Taiwan version.

        Sourcenext ported three Capcom titles: RE4, DMC3 & Oni3.

There's no info about those games on SourceNext's site, but, as doomed pointed out, the info about this were on several gaming sites. I'm really curious why haven't they put video-logo in those games, just like they did in RE2 WinXP ver. (not that I miss it). Maybe they were ashamed of what they have done ;D.

And before the game was released in EU and US, most of people at GameFAQs forum believed, that we will obtain a different version of the game, with graphics better than the NGC one etc. That's because everyone was thinking, that even though the Taiwan version was ported by SN, the EU/US will be ported by Ubisoft. How wrong they were ;D.

You can tell that it's a Sourcenext game if you run it in Window mode and click Help\Version.

The Help\Version menu appears on every other SourceNext port too ;P

kevstah2004, is it difficult to make a mod for this game? I use a GameCube controller on my PC and was wondering how easy or difficult it would be to modify the GameCube buttons in place of the standard ones used in the PC port.
