This is a bit old, but I updated everything with more stuff and got File 2 codes too. Make sure to use omniconvert to convert them to whichever cheat device encryption you need.
IIRC, there were some areas you could access that were not accessible before like the introduction area in the Umbrella Facility in the "End of the Road" scenario.
I think Virus Punk or one of the other hackers had a video up on Youtube showing this area.
