All we know is that in the "Operation Instructions" (an EX File in RE2 for the N64), Hunk is told to get a sample of the G-Virus "by any means necessary."
These orders come from Christine Henri who is the head manager for the Research and Development department at Umbrella France. Probably the Paris Facility Claire is trying to escape in the CV/X intro...
Orders for Special Agent Hunk are as follows:
Penetrate Umbrella research facility located outside of raccoon city.
Recover G-virus sample from Dr. William Birkin.
You are authorized to use any means necessary to secure this sample.
Upon recovery, sample is to be delivered to Loire Village.
Failure on this mission is not an option.

I know where it could be.
Somewhere on the Loire River in France. The Loire River is the longest river in France stretching about 1,020 km and makes up the Loire Valley. Loire itself is a French administrative department in the east-central part of France occupying the River Loire's upper reaches.
If I had to guess, it'd be in that area, specifically surround the Loire Valley.

If it was supposed to be sent to Loire, France, then it had a hell of a way to go to get there from the Mid-Western USA.Last edited by Project Omega; 06-11-2008, 07:02 PM.

I always wanted to ask this question that bozerd me a little: Was HUNK one of the USFC that were send to retrive the sample, or maybe he was send later after the outbreak in Racoon City? Because if hi was one of group that were destroed by Birkin were the hell does the zombies and monsters from his scenario came from. It was Birkin that cossed Racoon destruction after his assacination. And from were the hell HUNK take the G sample from? All of the samples were destroed by William! Or did he took the sample from Birkins dead body, was the a line for G virus there"Barry never vanished from the series. It was the series that vanished from Barry. He's inside all of us. Well, for a start, Hunk's scenario is a real pig. It doesn't fit into the known timeline no matter what you do with it. As for the G-Virus, there are a few possibilities. First of all we have no idea if Birkin left them all in his lab and, second, if he actually crushed all the virus samples in the case. Then there is the possiblity of extracting samples from the wounds of the dead soldiers or, possibly, Birkin himself. The simplest answer, however, is there were more samples still in the lab and Hunk got them.

Yes, no logic explanation yet so far. But is still one of my favorite characters. There is something cool in him, great man. I whant hem to be in RE5 and it would be logic, no Umbrella , he starts to work for Wescer. Maybe secret scenario or something like that. What do you think?"Barry never vanished from the series. It was the series that vanished from Barry. He's inside all of us. " (C) Smiley

Hell now I'am even more confused. I dont remember this In first Wescer report. So you want to say that HUNK havent fought with zombies and just took the sample and ran away from Big B.?"Barry never vanished from the series. It was the series that vanished from Barry. He's inside all of us. " (C) Smiley

yeah in the first report it shows HUNK with ther sample that LEON threw but this didnt fit with events in the game.
When Birkin is on the rampage of being shot HUNK isnt seen, he is only seen after the team have been wiped out so maybe this was the time when he was obtaining a sample.
But how the hell did those plants make it to the police station?

This Christine sounds like a major character. Why have we only heard about her once?
@TheOrganization: Those plants were already in the labs. They are the mutated form of the little cactuses and whatever that sit in mini-pots on computer desks to keep lonely scientists and computer nerds happy and feeling like they have some company. That's what I think anyway.Last edited by Helegad; 06-12-2008, 10:03 AM.
