Barry's original voice actor was an American who did voice work for commercials and stuff in Japan. Someone from Bioflames found his webpage a while back, but it was taken down. I think some members tried to contact him about his role (as if he'd remember). Anyway, All the actors in the original used surnames to hide their identities. Its likely that they did this so that their "stage" names wouldn't be tarnished with video game work. I'd assume that back then video game voice acting was looked at with a bit of disdain by companies who would hire voice actors for the commercials and such.
Someone also posted that he passed away a few years back, but I can't find any working links these days.Last edited by Dot50Cal; 06-24-2008, 11:43 PM.

http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1418006/ = og Jill??? looks nothing like Jill from the live action, I've always thought my sister looks like Jill from the live action with the beret still on.Last edited by kevstah2004; 06-25-2008, 05:14 PM.If he had a brain, he'd be dangerous.

Resident Evil (Video Game 1996) cast and crew credits, including actors, actresses, directors, writers and more.

I think maybe jill's voice is dubbed and the live action Jill didn't record any va she only says "Joooseph", pant, pant, out of breath.
Has anybody noticed the bloke who did the va of the Biohazard / Resident Evil intro screen sounds a lot like the bloke from tekken 3 that says fight, round 1 etc - Dean Harrington
Scott McCulloch - Chris Redfield (voice: English version)
Ward E. Sexton (Narrator (voice)
How can be Chris be two people, ugh???Last edited by kevstah2004; 06-26-2008, 07:29 AM.If he had a brain, he'd be dangerous.

I've got to agree that the voice acting has to be from the same person, take for example solid snake, if they changed his voice, in mgs4, then I wouldn't like it one bit, because I grew up knowing that rough voice and would just be sad if they changed it, this would be the same with Wesker, i'm happy they have a english voice in the games, makes it special to be english
Also you must agree that nemesis voice in U.C, wasn't as scary/amazing as the voice used in R.E 3.
