Your dream RE game

I quite like that version...but those guys all got on my nerves. My favorite Re4 character is the Merchant.

When I say defend a house I'm thinking an RPD.Mansion sized building so, as in Outbreak, you have to choose areas to barrciade, board up windows etc. Done right and the game will force you into smaller areas, cut you off from supplies by having zombies burst in through the basement or the like. Or the ceiling.

my RE game would be something along the lines of having another Claire game where steve comes back and he still has his tyrant abilitys and he can controll himself like he did int CV, claire helps steve escape and they run away together

I would really like to see the remakes of re2 and re3 that was planed to be made after a sucses of REmake. Just imagine them to be as good as REmake.

I'd defo like a REmake of 2. 3, eh, it'd be alright. RECV should get a REmake.

All in all, I doubt we'd get that many, so I would settle for the REmake 2. That game would be spectacular. Many people consider RE2 to be the best installment, though I am fond of 1.

Everyone want a good survival horror game where you get to barricade yourself decently. There have been a hundred attempts but none have really turned big yet. I'm hoping that Left 4 Dead will at least be half good.

Planned? I didn't know they were going to remake RE2/RE3. We will see more RE games this gen they just make too much money for Capcom...who knows hopefully we might even see the remakes this generation.

Having a conversation with one of my best friends about Resident Evil 2 remake, and this is what I came up with:

A Biohazard 2 remake with extended graphics and an online mode.
There can be 4 scenarios:

Scenario 1 - LeonB
Scenario 2 - ClaireA
Scenario 3 - Ada - Based on LeonB
Scenario 4 - Annette - Based on ClaireA

I had an idea about the online mode, it will play like pre-RE4, the hoster could pick their character from the 4 main characters, then when the other 3 join they can pick the others.
You start out how you would with Leon and Claire, while Ada and Annette start somewhere else.

All the characters can meet up with ANYONE, ANYWHERE and are adviced to stick together, or they can split up and all get to the turntable together.
If one character dies, it can effect the story majorly, and depends if you leave Raccoon City alive or dead.

Later they'd be forced to split up, Leon and Ada will get lost in sewers while Claire, Annette and Sherry face the aligator together.
Finally down in the labs, depends on how your ending will go:

Ending 1:
If no-one is killed, Annette will be killed by Birkin, Player 4 will take over Sherry. Leon, Ada, Claire and Sherry will have to take on Tyrant Type-2
All get out alive.

Ending 2:
If either Leon or Claire dies, Sherry will be killed by Birkin. Leon/Claire, Ada and Annette will have to take on Birkins "Dog" form.
Leon/Claire, Ada and Annette live.

Ending 3:
If Annette dies before her default death, Player 4 takes over Sherry. Leon, Ada, Claire and Sherry will have to take on Birkins "Dog" form.
Ada is mortally wounded and dies as Leon, Claire and Sherry escape.

Ending 4:
If Ada dies, Player 3 takes over Sherry. Leon, Claire, Annette and Sherry have to take on Birkins "Dog" form.
Leon, Claire, Annette and Sherry live.
Tyrant Type-2 lives, and roams through the USA.

Ending 5:
If two default characters die, the government sends out a nuke to bomb Raccoon City.
Everyone dies.

Special Ending:
If Annette is holding "Body Armour" in inventory, and no-one dies, Birkin mauls Annette. Leon, Claire, Ada, Annette and Sherry have to take on Tyrant Type-2. Everyone gets on tram. Leon and Claire have to fight Birkins final form. Ada and Annette have to fight Tyrant Type-2 Heavily Damaged in other tram. Sherry has to sort 5 puzzles out to set tram detonation timer.
Eventually, everyone escapes while Birkin and Tyrant are still on tram, tram explodes killing them both.
Leon, Claire, Ada, Annette and Sherry live.

I put alot of thought into this I see...

Something involving Barry, Robert Kendo and the trucker from the opening to RE2.

The level of testosterone in those three combined would be enough to wipe out the entire zombie population of Raccoon City with a single punch. I bet that's what the nuke turns out to be. Wasn't a missile at all, it was Kendo punching the ground.
