In all seriousness, Wesker, albeit death defying.
I think Capcom will kill Chris, and milk the story more, then in the next 2 games Chris comes back all 'uber', joins Wesker and then Ashley gets murdered.
It WILL happen.

I would love to see Krauser and Wesker fight to be honest. Not that it would happen but still. And if Chris infected himself in a similar manner...he'd probably kill himself afterwards. I can't see him wanting to live a life where he is completely different from everyone he loves.

My RE5 Prediction:

Chris has his own mission. Right now there's no way of knowing what it is, but obviously it takes place in Africa. We can safely assume it has something to do with a virus. While Chris is looking for it, he stumbles upon that shack we see in the trailer and witnesses the one villager going mad. He thinks hes on to something and starts snooping around. Then, at some point, all the villagers go mad.

{TIME SKIP}

Chris receives a distress signal from someone (probably female) asking for help before she is cut off.

Somewhere around the middle of the game, you encounter Weskers underling, (for teh purposes of this prediction he is Asian, and thus awesome) who's keeping {insert the name of the person that needs saving} hostage for whatever reason (political, viral, whatever) and Chris decides that that is NOT COOL and is CRAMPING his STYLE. So he (after much struggle) takes down the Awesome Asian Underling and rescues the PTNS (person that needs saving).

{TIME SKIP}

He fights Wesker. Wesker starts to win, then Chris starts to win, Wesker starts to win again, Chris starts winning a little more, than Wesker starts winning A LOT. Chris decides that that is NOT COOL and is CRAMPING his STYLE and does something really cheap that takes down Wesker. But Wesker isn't down, and he runs. With Alexias death, the entire place is going to blow up, so Chris fulfills his promise to Claire and meets her in the hanger and they leave in a jet. Wait...
