Rescuing Jill felt really good in the original RE. Especially when she gives Chris that *nice* hug.

Fiding out for the first time and by myself the true RE3 ending, the way that Nicolai can survive and Barry at the end, that was awesome. Actually when before playing RE4 I saw the trailer when a blond Krauser says: "been a long time, comrade", I thought that it is Nicolai, The Wite Devil."Barry never vanished from the series. Wasn't that Nicolai in Outbreak aswell, trying to get that blood sample from the tyrant, his voice was alot more robot like in that I thought.

Yeah it was him in Outbreak, but I don't think that the true story behind his death will ever be revealed. Well he is only a guest character in Outbreak. It is dependes from the choises that you make in RE3 wether he dies or not. There are 3 possible ways to deal with him. 1. He atackes you in order to gain reward for Jill's head, but being killed by Nemesis Type2, 2. He stile a helicopter on what you are supossed to escape, atacks you and you destroy him with a rocket launcher, 3. He manages to escape on helicopter, leaving you with no ways of escaping from Racoon City. In 2 last ways Barry will fly for you and save you. But you find Nicolai's report in Surviver, so it is said that the true ending is that were he survives."Barry never vanished from the series. It was the series that vanished from Barry. ah ok i knew those endings, i thought maybe he died after racoon city,
I just got told that the barry ending is considered canon meaning that nicholai did survive and the other endings wheren't trueComment

Well, they pretty much have to be wrong. Nicholai sent a report that you find in Survivor...after the Raccoon City incident. Then it was confirmed in RE0 that Survivor is canon. So he must have been alive then.Comment
