Never thought I'd experience someone creating a mobile Resident Evil thread. There's like a dozen threads about them on the entire internet and not a single guide. Awful how mobile gaming is ignored on the internet.

Just as a hint "Biohazard: The Stories" is called "Resident Evil: The Missions" at least in Europe. You should be able to get it at any mobile site, just google. I got mine the less legal way, but I won't go deeper into that here as I'm not sure wether this site frowns upon such things yet. Did it since it can't be bought regularly in my country, anyways.

Resident Evil: The Missions is great, anyhow. Prerendered backgrounds, like 150 missions, great 3D characters and enemies, tons of unlockables. Been playing it a lot the past few weeks but now I only have one ending left (there are twenty I think, all but one of them unlocking something new) and a few other missions I've missed. You can basically play it forever since its got a grade system aswell ranging from A to C.
It is very much worth paying for. I'm playing it on my Sony Ericsson W880i and it works perfectly apart from lag when several enemies are onscreen at once.
The Missions and Devil May Cry 3D are my favourite mobile games. Capcom are doing a great job making cell-phone games although they aren't widely known about.
Can tell you anything about it, probably help you get it aswell if you're not that good with the internet.

The second one I've never heard about. Looking it up quickly it seems it has been cancelled though as gamespot lists only has a preview and still saying it "will" release October 2004 in Japan. May be it have released, but even if it has it may very well only be in Japan in wich case you'll have serious trouble playing it.

EDIT: Seems The Stories isn't The Missions afterall. Never managed to find any information on The Stories before though. I'll be looking into it.

EDIT 2: Hey, that's a really nice find. I always thought the Confidential Report series, Gensis, The Missions, The Missions 3D (the one I'm talking about above) and Resident Evil 4 were the only ones. Seems there's a bit more to it. I'll look around some, though probably not tonight (00:00 in Sweden now). Oh, I know decent spanish and found download links for some of the Resdient Evil games on the site. Confidential Report 1, 2 and 4 (I think the fourth is fanmade since there's no third), Genesis and The Missions 3D. I doubt they are legal though, so before I know this sites opinion on... hrm... downloading small, near cost-free files that are troublesome to obtain in more common ways... I won't post any links.

I haven't found much on the other games, it seems they are Japan-only.
On YouTube there's a video of a guy playing Resident Evil 4: Mobile Edition though, might want to try there but I don't think any european/american mobile will be able to handle it.

The first one is from Famitsu, but it seems only to be images. Glare and think angry thoughts.
The second link is from here, but it doesn't contain anything useful except for a file with Assault the Nightmare, all four Confidetial Reports and The Missions emulated for PC.

Also, you can find Confidential Report #4 out there. Sorry, I completely forgot where I got mine - but honestly it was so hard I barely got anywhere either, not at all like the other two linked above.

You have to register at this site, but it is free and painfree. I didn't have any trouble. Awesome. All those games are 240x320 resulotion or something alike, if your mobile is using another resulotion I can provide links to low-res versions aswell.
If you have any questions about moving them to your mobile, how to install the games or how to run them just ask.
