Need a little help with a translation

I need help translating the following text.



Forget about the 3 on the left, I was able to translate them after all. At first, I found the characters difficult to read.

Moving on:

I think the Kanji in the blue outlined box reads, "Special Forces Unit". Or "Special Security Unit".

The one below it has something to do with the underground lab.

The one with the 4 says something about 4 Team members?

Any help at all is greatly appreciated. I need this to complete a project I'm working on.
