Aqua Cure: Umbrella's crowning public achievement, Aqua Cure is an ointment used on open wounds that made the company famous worldwide. It is considered to be Umbrella's primary public product and is very effective. Most likely the recurring item First Aid Spray that appears throughout the series. It is assumed that the T-Virus is used on this product to reaccommodate the damaged cells, though no side-effect has been shown from this product.
Well it certainly looks... diffrent in that commercial

I doubt the last part about the product containing some T-Virus is true. I'm guessing that this info came from the movie?

aquacure. well if it were for impotency, i doubt they'd call it "cure". cure's more like medicine. and it doesn't look like an aid spray because look at the neck and top of the bottle
Probably meant as a bathing oil/lotion. The name, the box pictures and the bubbly thingies on the side of the box makes it look like your everyday "prescription free crap from the pharmacy, beauty parlor or TV Shop"
Aqua cure is also mentioned in the Umbrella Archives I think...topical medicine of some sort (probably doubles as lube...a lot of things can really if you think about it)
Well, it's OBVIOUSLY a bubble bath that makes chicks horny.
Aqua (water)
Cure (for chicks who arn't horny)
Bubbles on the box (I'm talking about the packaging)
"Escape to Ecstacy"
"Feel Good"
"Wonderful"
