Resident Evil 5 - PS3, 360 or ... ?

I will drive to my local GAME store early on the morning it is released, and I shall enter and yell "LORD BRANNAGAN HATH COME. PREPARE ME ONE COPY OF THE GAME YOU CALL RESIDENT EVIL 5 FOR THE MICROSOFT XBOX 360 GAMING SYSTEM AND WRAP IT UP CLERK, OR I SHALL HAVE YOUR HEAD".

Then I shall grab some breakfast, head home, and whore it all day long. I'll be taking the day off work for it too, 'cause I can.

Plus, anyone who I'm going to be playing the game with in co-op or attempting to beat in Merc scores will be getting it on 360.

I (on purpose) excluded the "both" option.

I've found myself buying and rebuying an absurd amount of games on multiple platforms, but I rarely find myself playing them on more than one, unless I start on one and then migrate onto another. (Such a scenario is usually the product of an early release.)

Anyway, time to stop being indecisive and consider the facts as you stand there infront of your home entertainment! The time to make a decision is upon you!


I've got my hands so deep down in the depths of the realm of the Xbox 360 that there is no turning back for me now. Like an Ace Attorney trial, where all the evidence required to seal the deal has spoken for itself. A decision has been made and only new and solid evidence could ever have a chance of turning things upside down.

PC or PS3. I hate 360, especially since it gets "EXCLUSIVE FUCKING CONTENT" which pisses me off.

You know what pisses me off even more? The fact that there will be DLC for Tomb Raider Underworld that equals another six hours of gameplay, and the demo will probably be 360 exclusive. Fuck Microsoft's console.

I'm not sure if I'll be saying anything to the store clerk. It will probably be released later here in Aus. and given the recent track record, could even be refused classification, then censored. I will most likely be importing.

I will buy whatever version is the best, superior version.
...Lucky for me, that version will be on PS3 (because, I don't own a 360 )

I could go on a rant but yes, Microsoft are a huge, multi-billion $ parasitic entity, that wants to suck the industry dry and do everything in its power to kill the competition. Their favorite tactic is to steal franchises born on other consoles and spend millions to make them exclusive to their own.
