The Nemesis does though.
Even after all these years and countless plays of RE3, he STILL scares the shit out of me. I've never been able to get over my fear of him. Just his roar and stomping footsteps gets me worried.
The other would be the Chainsaw Ganados from RE4 in the Mercenaries game. Again, it's the sound that gets me. Knowing that he's chasing me and will chop off my head.
Also the Garradors when I can't see them but know they are behind me.
