Probably one final launch trailer at the end of February/beginning of March.

Actually, Jill may be the Birdwoman. Take a look at that UC screenshot, she has a mark on the side of her lower cheek. Then look at the exposed part of Birdwoman's face.

Same mark, same place.

They've never said April 1st, March is the only date they've ever given for the game.

The closest we came to a release date we got was when they talked about their financial year.

That's a Remake image. Yeah there's a mole on her face near her lips, well... in her chin.
But RE5 models are not supposed to be the same as Remake's, I don't think they pay attention to minors facial characteristics. Anyway, the more I read about Jill being the birdwoman the more I hope that theory isn't true.

They are Capcom's idea of a "cliff hanger" put there to generate disscussion and wild hypothesis' by fans which acts as a form of "by word of mouth advertisment" since more and more people talk about it.
