Resi 5 "Gears" control scheme buttons revealed ..

Too many buttons. This is why I hardly play games anymore.

I miss the NES control pad.

A - Jump
B - Attack
D-Pad - Run

R1 to aim, X to fire is my way of playing.

L1 to aim isn't so bad, guys. MGS4 proved this already. Also, the games always have the option to swap the X and Square buttons, so no worries in that regard.

1up's Mark mcdonold (or whoever it was) claimed that once he played with the new scheme for 10 minutes, he got sick when he played the older scheme again ..

maybe this new scheme does really work for fans of shooters like gears ..

I'll try both. I imagine the new controls may suit me better, but that doesn't mean I dislike the old controls.

I will probably try the new controls. I sure after some time they will work fine but it is nice that there is still the option to use the old ones.
