RE2 PC Skins: Help

I have RE2 for the PC and I'm having trouble getting the skins I downloaded to work. If anyone knows how to do this and owns RE2 for the PC and uses mods for them, please post back. Thanks!

You should just have to replace the relevant files...

I did. I got the skin for Leon in his 1.5 skin, but his face looks like he got pelted by a shotgun and kinda looks like Terminator. Oh, and I got him wearing his White Umbrella Armor costume. Neat. but is there a way to fix the graphics for Leons sprite?

Plus. when I save it, the data says LeonA /00/ Waiting Room 2F, showing a blank space in the box and whenever I try to load it, it says, "Load Failed." How do I fix this?

That's a common glitch with RE2 on newer OSes. Just set the compatibiliity mode to Windows 95 or 98.

Tried that. Set it to 98 and it frozed when I selected Load Game.

If any1 has RE2 for the PC and likes using Skins for them, can you tell me a good website where I can download. And don't give me Bioflames, cause I was there.
