He is clearly not teleporting, he is sidestepping with superspeed like Krauser and Verdugo did. He has momentum when he reappears, if he was teleporting he would be stationary instead of slowing down, not to mention a blur between the places he disappears and reappears at. If he teleported the area in between would be unaffected as he is bypassing it. Not to mention superspeed is in line with the series science whereas teleporting is not.

He is powerful but like most supervillains his personality and arrogance will probably be his downfall coupled with detrimental mutations he has been trying to avoid.

Its the same effect they use for NightCrawler's teleportation in Xmen 3. It might as well be called teleporting, since thats essentially whats happening.

It almost seems as if they copied from that scene.

More like how Wesker gets to Spencer.

Wesker can do wat he likes in my opionon as all of it can theoretically be explained by his virus. He mentions in UC in the file that he is worried about what may happen to him, and for me this is the key.

Wesker must not only have a weakness, but something that prevents him from being a super BOW. The way UC suggests that the virus birkin created was in surplus amount, and not worth considering can only be legitimised by the fact that it has a terrible side effect.
otherwise the virus is perfect. It creates a near perfect human soldier, able to evade attacks, still keep his intelligence and only thought processes. The only downer is that umbrella wud not have control over him as like they do with Tyrants. Nothing that a good level of propaganda wudnt fix mind.

if these issues arent addressed then wat wud have been the point of the t and G virus if weskers was good enuf. he needs a mega fall from *****, now.

By the way, if that X-2 video proves anything, it's that the President should be armed.

I'm still waiting for a side effect of the "Wesker virus". It is somewhat stupid that Birkin had a virus that could not only bring one to life, but also give him super speed and super strenght and still don't effect intelligence or humanity of the victim and yet Birkin was more fascinated about G-Virus :|.

I don't want Wesker to mutate into another meat blob (because that would be stupid and anticlimatic), but I want him to suffer somehow.

I imagine that these "stocks" were just random strains, and that they were initially discarded or not yet researched. I imagine that Birkin knew about them, but deduced that it would not be the best direction to take for an "ultimate biological weapon". Besides, the G-virus was his own creation. He wouldn't just suddenly cast it aside, it's not like him to do that.
