As far as I'm concerned Rebecca is as good as disappeared at the hands of Capcom (if they won't go "oh yeah she just joined this organization in 2002 and she's still with them..." during the prologue or the main game). I don't see much significance in her for the reveal to have much of an impact. The only possibility I see is that in an act of vengeance Wesker captured every remaining member of STARS and "experimented" on them. Now THAT would be something, all of Chris's closest allies reduced to grotesque monsters.

I always thought that the tube girl was Jill and not Sherry. I was hoping that capcom wouldn't do that to Jill and have her star in another game. I do see Wesker expermenting on Jill and having her try to kill Chris, for her to come to her senses and Kill Wesker. Kinda what happened to Steve.

im still goin towards jill is another character. DMC4 threw me for a loop this year and i think they'll either have her be the bird woman or sheva, sherry it will turn out is a hostage, and for a bigger loop how about jill shows up but it turns out if she is the tube girl that it was a clone that died!

I'm starting to believe there are two birdwomans in the game, I know this might sounds wishful thinking, just can't stand the chance of Jill being a super bitch. So there is one evil and one good, that would be great. Jill would be caught by Wesker that she isn't the real one and she would struggle with the evil birdwoman... who knows... the tube ones looks a lot like her, I just wish theories about Jill being the tube girl or birdwoman weren't true.

i wish capcom would give us a demo but sadly no, also i wish they gave us a really confirmed character list but said something like character confirmed for gmae and minigames, that way they still have the secret

I don't know, there usually aren't demos for 'AAA' titles like RE5, but I feel like there'll be one in February/March.
