I actually played this Akella's version of re3. It's old, 06 or 07 I gues. And there are nothing special about it. Yeah, re2 included as a bonus. Btw, thats not the full version of the art that's posted on the front of the box, the full version is on the back. It shows that the body that Nem is holding belonged to Jill.

Is it in English or Russian?

I'm interested in RE1 if they updated it or not for modern graphics cards.

No, the RE3 scenes are truly uncompressed. However they are upscaled from 360x240 to 720x480 which makes no sense.

The RE2 ones are actually pretty shitty. Who in god's name uses MPEG1 to contain supposedly "uncompressed" footage?

I'll try to make some scans, but it will take some time. When i first saw this art I was a little surprised as well, basically the body is wearing the Jill's blue top, so it's her. And the game is much more detailed and fully in russian.
