  • RE5 female ganados?

This has probibly been brought up before, but did anyone notice they seem to have taken out the female enemies? I know they had some in the 2007 trailer, but after the little controversy, they appear to have removed them. Maybe they'll be included in the final game?

It just occurred to me because at G4 the video Resident Evil 5: All Access shows a female ganado at 1:33, thats like the first time i've seen one since the 07 trailer.

The same thing happened with RE4. It depends on what build is being shown and more specifically, where it is being demoed.

They mentioned the new name in one of the RPD podcast, but none of them knew what it was, only that there was a name and it meant something like sperit flame, or something, I didn't hear them to well, and that it was swahili, or however you spell it.

But I think it's like the demo of RE4, wasn't there only like 3 different ganado models and they only said like 2 things. Then when RE4 came out there were like 10 different ones. I hope they keep women in it. It add to the realism. And I wish they would add children. I know that sounds crazy, but it would add to the realism, and the whole, they were people at one point, and now you are forced to kill them. And children would be harder to shoot.

But I liked it in RE4 when the women would come at you with kitchen knives. I wish they would have also came at you with rolling pins

didnt they say that children can survive the parasite taking over?

and the rolling pin thing i would have probably died the first time cuz i would have been like WTF!?

and did they say where they found out that they were called majini in the podcast??

I know it would be banned, but I can hope. I mean, village without children? I guess Chris_Redfield8 might be right about the not surviving, but then again, didn't the 2nd movie have a school full of zombie kids? (not that I'm saying follow the movies, because they sucked)

There weren't children in RE4 because the Plagas killed them once they were injected. You can read a bit more about it here:

I would imagine that there will be female enemies in this game but definately not any children because capcom would get a lot of heat for that.

Women will be there. If they could do it in RE4 then they'll do it in this one. Hell, women enemies have been in the series since 2. Children, though...what's the point? It's good for a scare and horror but it'll cause so many problems. Blowing the head off a small child? Yeah. Besides...if they need to rely on mutant kids for horror then they're doing something badly wrong.
