If they wanted to make every new game using that old game play then I really wouldnt mind, Because I am more about the story then the game play itself. But that doesnt keep me from liking the new game play better!

Crimson Heads instead of infected deranged villagers would be a total EPIC WIN. But liked I said before, I'm totally fine with what RE5 has to offer. I'm REALLLLLLLYYYYYYY excited to find out what is going to happen storyline wise:

1. How the whole Exella/Wesker scenario is going to play out.
2. What happens to Spencer.
3. Who the tubegirl/birdwoman is.
4. WTF is up with Jill's gravestone
5. Is this the final battle between Chris and Wesker?
6. What new threats does Tricell pose & what exactly are they planning?
7. What going on with the other characters???!!! (besides Leon & Ada, they've had their game, it's time to kick back and let some other people kick infected ass)

The plot needs to be perfected starting from BH 0 with all plot holes filled in, up to BH.

Wesker's Report needs re-doing, with the story about Wesker holding Sherry captive put back into the storyline.

NO. NO. NO! No more fucking retcon. I'm sick they change the story whenever they want . They just need to fill plot holes and leave every thing else as it is. A book explaining WITH EXTREMELY DETAIL the story would be enough for me.

Well that would be the logical thing...but this is Capcom, and they like to play mind games.

Well, that's not really a good thing either. If they explain EVERYTHING with every bit of detail, they kill the mystery. The reason why HUNK is (and Wesker, at one point was) such an appealing character was because there was so much we don't know about him. Which means HUNK's history, his home, his life, it's all open to interpretation.
I don't understand why people want things handed to them on a silver platter.
The coolest thing about RE1 and RE2 is that there are multiple ways those scenarios could've played out. And not knowing exactly whether LeonA/ClaireB, or ClaireA/LeonB scenario was canon made it that much cooler, because it was open to interpretation.

For the longest time Capcom has been saying that LeonA/ClaireB was canon. Like in Wesker's Report.
