Wouldn't want to risk modding my Xbox just to play games early, wouldn't want to anyway when I prefer owning the genuine games now the 50htz/60htz problem is no longer a big issue on next gen consoles.

As for this whole RE5 piracy thing: buy the game if you're looking forward to it, it's as simple as that
If you choose to download it, fine (or not), but don't try to justify it by saying you're broke, need the money for other/more important things, it's overpriced, you can't wait any longer, entertainment should be free (yes, I actually heard someone say that), etc.
You always have a choice, nobody forced you to take up RE as a hobby.

I think you misunderstood a little bit, there were no intentions at all to justify pirating RE5. But I understand that it would seem so considering the topic of this thread.

The arguments were mainly to things such as music, in my opinion there is a difference there. Also they were to disprove that people who state they download games and then proceed to buying those games anyway. If you are truly a fan of a series, you would not download anything at all.

As for the topic at hand, I'm not really quite sure if there will be a leak of the game or not.
