    ***OFFICIAL*** Resident Evil Degeneration Cover + Informations


    High resolution cover art has been added to the bottom of this article.

    Back on September 1 we shared with you news detailing what you can expect on the upcoming Resident Evil: Degeneration Blu-ray Disc release. Now that Sony has formally announced the titled we can finally fill in the blanks.

    Resident Evil: Degeneration, the next entry in the film series and first created using CGI animation in lieu of live action, will arrive on Blu-ray Disc and DVD on December 30.

    The film will be presented in widescreen 1.78:1 1080p video and 5.1 Dolby TrueHD audio.

    Supplemental features lead off with a pair of Blu-ray exclusives and are identical to what we reported in September. Sadly missing is a game demo for Resident Evil 5 which would have been the perfect pack-in for Playstation 3 owners.

            No Leon in the back cover? Amazing. BTW, It looks kinda cheap the back cover, I made out in the small cover that there is Spanish Audio

              ive noticed they've followed the same path to that of RE2 by saying that the G-Virus has been released/ on the rampage.
              on the PAL RE2 at least it says, and now a new virus is unleashed, thus implying that the G-Virus was the main culprit.

              bak then i didnt know too much abt the series, and thought cos the game blurb sed a new virus was on the rampage that the G-Virus was to blame and not the T-Virus.

              when i realised the blurb needs to be interepreted to mean that Birkin is on the rampage, and isnt the actual virus.

              Same thing here with Degeneration.
              "the deadly G-Virus is unleashed" of course this is true from a certain POV, but for the lay person they wud think the standard zombies are G creations when they arent.

                    95 minutes? Wow, not bad.

                    I think I might start purchasing blu-ray's now.
                    The Dark Knight and Degeneration in December, FFVII: Advent Children in March(for the FF13 demo, of course).
