Yeah CV's plot was great. We have a second-rate Norman Bates, a college girl who can take out loads of armed guards, a chick who wakes up for no reason and has no real motive and well...
Yeah it was brilliant.

Oh and who can forget the evil mastermind revived with the Plot Device Virus? He can run up walls! How badass is that?

Well there's a difference.
RE4 Leon ran up walls to avoid laser beams. LASER BEAMS!
Wesker ran up wall to avoid some fire. He then ran away.

But really i'm just being an ass. Some parts of CV were okay. The Alexia/Wesker fight was one of them.

I don't know. Personally, RECV is when the series began to try too hard to be cool. I still shudder when I think about the opening cinematics featuring Claire.

But I know from experience there are legions of CV fans out there who will defend it as the game with the best plot.

i found RE3's plot better that CVX, i never found it interesting, it was ok, but not the best, to much Chris in it.

It was too dramatic. It was like watching a soap opera of Resident Evil.
Whereas RE3 was like the Full Metal Jacket of Resident Evil, it had a very military feel to it, and I loved that.

yeah RE3 was awesome, i don't get how people make fun of it's plot but praise CVX's, some even say RE3 had no plot.

What? Too much Chris? The guy is the main protagonist of the series, yet he's taken a back seat to everyone until RE5. He was in RE1, and then had half of RECV. He's the most underused main character (until, like I said, RE5).

Chris' portion of RECV was actually the better part.
